How long does it take to produce and install?
Times always depend on the workload at the time the contract is awarded. As a rule, production time varies between 45 and 90 days. Installation time usually varies between 7 and 15 days, depending on the size of your structure, access to the site or other obstacles that may arise and are not under Lusotendas’ control.
What materials are used?
Lusotendas’ structures are made of anodised or lacquered aluminium alloy EN AW 6061/T6, with iron connecting elements, and covered in 650gr PVC canvas.
How to install?
Our structures can only be assembled once the space has been prepared with the appropriate foundations. The installation is carried out by a team of qualified in-house Lusotendas technicians who ensure that all of the assembly stages and processes are respected.
What kind of maintenance is required?
Our structures are low-maintenance, but they do require care in order to preserve their characteristics and proper functioning. Regular cleaning of the structure’s components is crucial. To that end, Lusotendas has a team of professionals who are skilled and experienced in cleaning the materials used. At the time of installation, we provide you with a user manual in which we list and detail all the precautions and instructions for handling, maintaining and cleaning our structures.
Do I need special permits or licences to install a marquee?

Can the structures be customised?

What is the warranty you offer on your structures?
Each component of our structures has a different lifespan, so there are different warranty periods for each component. The guarantee applies to manufacturing defects and/or defects in the installation of the structure. Warranty periods vary from 6 months to 5 years (in the case of aluminium structures).
